What we collect
If you complete the estimate form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the details you tell us about the property — service, rooms, property type, scope, preferred date and any notes.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party scripts on this site. No data is sent anywhere outside our own server.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request and to quote for the work. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after twelve months. Where we carry out work, we keep the record for as long as we are required to for tax and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the contact page and we will take care of it.

This site sets no tracking cookies. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the administration area, which visitors do not do.
