For the home you keep
Room-by-room styling for the home you are keeping. Furniture placement, color and decor pulled into one considered look, built around the pieces you already own.
One room, rethought and reset in a single visit. Layout, textiles, lighting and decor arranged around how you actually use the space, and nothing structural touched.
The hardest-working room in the house: open shelving, counters and cabinet fronts, including refacing, arranged to look calm and stay usable.
The details
Everything that goes on a wall, planned as one composition: art and picture hanging, wallpaper installation and painted accent walls.
Curtains, blinds and shades measured, sourced and hung, including fully custom drapery. Hardware fitted cleanly and levels checked before we leave.
Order for closets, kitchens and storage that holds up in daily use. Everything sorted, edited and given a place, so the reset takes minutes rather than a weekend.
Small jobs
Flat-pack and new-delivery furniture assembled, leveled and placed where it belongs. Finished rooms, not boxes in the hallway.
TVs mounted on the right wall at the right height, with cables managed out of sight and the bracket load checked against the wall type.
Seasonal decorating installed on your dates and taken down again after. Trees, lights, garlands and table settings, without the ladder work.
Start with the number. Pick a service, answer six short questions, and the estimate flow returns a price range before we ask who you are.
How it works
Photos and a rough budget are enough to start. No site visit needed yet.
A price band, not a vague promise to be in touch.
Usually one day. Nothing structural, so no permits and no trades.
We collect on your date, or leave it in place if you are staying.

No. Everything on this page is non-structural — no walls moved, no plumbing, no wiring — so there is nothing to permit. In co-op and condo buildings we plan around house rules instead: service-lift bookings and certificates of insurance are handled as part of the job.
Yes. Occupied home staging exists for exactly that, and the styling and organising services are built around the furniture you already own. Everything we change is reversible.
Most installs happen in a single day, and even the larger jobs run days, not months. Virtual staging needs no site visit at all.
Every service returns a price range up front, before we ask who you are. For home staging, fees can be collected after your closing date.
Start with home staging: vacant if you have moved out, occupied if you are still living there, or virtual staging when the listing needs photographs before any furniture arrives.
