Estimates, Bookings and Your Details
You do not need to create an account to use this site. To request an estimate or book work, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your area.
When you request an estimate or book work you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We rely on what you tell us about the property and the scope when we quote, and an estimate based on inaccurate details may change.

Services, Information and Pricing
Service descriptions, inclusions and prices can change at any time without prior notice.
We do our best to describe finishes, colors and materials accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that a color or texture will appear exactly as shown.
Prices are quoted in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Estimates are given as a range until a walkthrough has taken place.
In the case of a pricing error we reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking that was confirmed at the wrong price.
Bookings and Payments
Placing a booking is an offer to purchase the service, which we may accept or decline.
We accept the payment methods offered at the time of booking. Payments are handled through a secure third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, where we are not available, or on any other reasonable ground.
Scheduling, Access and Installation
Install dates are agreed in advance and are estimates rather than guarantees.
Access is your responsibility — delivery access bookings, certificates of insurance and any HOA approval. We will tell you what is needed and when, but we cannot obtain it on your behalf.
We are not responsible for delays caused by building management, third-party deliveries, or weather.
Rented Furniture
Items supplied for staging remain ours throughout. They are insured by us in normal use. Damage beyond normal use is chargeable at replacement cost.
Changes and Cancellation
Tell us as early as you can. Work canceled before sourcing begins costs nothing. Once pieces have been bought or reserved for your job, those costs stand.
User Content
If you provide comments, messages, suggestions, photographs, reviews or any other content to Decor Homee, you confirm that it is yours to give and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
By giving us your content, you allow us to use it for the purposes of running and promoting our business.
We may remove any content that appears to us to be unlawful, improper, misleading, or contrary to these Terms.
Accuracy of Information
We aim to give accurate and useful information. Even so, the material on this site may contain errors, omissions or details that have gone out of date.
